不孝的二哥

爸爸割伤手指，因为本身有糖尿病，结果伤口一时之间不能痊愈，而且发炎、生脓以及肿胀。今天哥哥就和我带妈妈回老家探望爸爸。

唉！回到老家看了真是很失望，我那位二哥真的无药可救了，自己住的地方也不好好收拾，真的是肮脏得不得了。如果要竞选“肮脏之家”，我认为肯定榜上有名。他的未来老婆也不做家务，任由整个家肮肮脏脏的，臭气熏天，难道这样也能住得下去吗？真是佩服他们！

最可怜的是我那两位侄儿，身为父亲的他也不怎么管教他们，他们的生活还惨过住在孤儿院的孤儿们。难道二哥不会感到惭愧与羞耻吗？都已经30多岁了，还要靠老爸来替他养孩子。爸爸都已经年老退休了，现在只靠卖水果来维生，为什么二哥还好意思要爸爸替他照顾孩子，供他那两位儿子读书而且生活费也要我老爸来搞定。身为儿子的他不给爸爸生活费，那也罢了，可是他根本不应该还要爸爸负担一切。真是越看越不顺眼！

听说不久前他才中了万字票，奖金高达十五千，可是他为什么那么自私根本没打算还爸爸的血汗钱。当初他跟爸爸借钱拍婚纱照也假装 buat tak tahu 了，真的很够力！如果不是舅母爆了出来， 他肯定要一直瞒着大家。自从他有了这为未来二嫂后，整个人都变了。这位二嫂也真是的，还好意思说自己是幼儿园老师，难道这是老师应有的榜样吗？希望他们有朝一日会好好地反省过来，真的无眼睇！！

终于可以上网了

今天睡得很足够，11 点多才起身，可能是累坏身子吧。开了电脑后，惨了！为什么不能上网的? 哎哟！我这个facebook king 如果没得上网，今天的日子怎么过呢？过后我去检查电话线，完全没有讯号。Oh my god... 结果 call 去电话公司，等了6分钟，还轮不到我，“ Harap Maaf,operator kami masih sibuk " 。 真是气死我了，还好当我第二次 call 去时，终于有人接电话了。

Aduh!! 真是很倒霉，原来外面地下的电话 cable 被人偷了，总共有72户住家受到影响。上次看到 TM 的人在家门外搞电话 cable 时，他们对我说有人偷掉 cable, 当时我心想幸亏我家里的电话没事，想不到这次终于遇上了。

总算他们的办事效率还 ok lah, 现在终于可以在上网了。Yeah! Yeah!

吴哥窑之旅

终于今天有时间写部落格了，自从从 Siem Reap 回来后，就忙着工作、看戏、打球、休息、收拾心情。还记得我的生日那晚是在机场结束的，那晚10.45pm 乘搭飞机到了吉隆坡的LCCT 机场。果然是非常 low cost 的机场，好不容易在McDonald 找到了空位，在那边休息，呆了整个凌晨。因为从 KL 去Siem Reap 的飞机是在隔天的早上 7 点。伏在桌子上真的难以入眠，结果大家带着疲惫的心情到了柬埔寨。柬埔寨与大马的时差只有相隔一小时，虽然是两小时的机程，但是到了那边才八点早上（当地时间）。

到了柬埔寨的机场时，Guesthouse 那边已交待了两辆 Tuk Tuk 来载我们六个人。还好 guesthouse 离机场只有大概25 分钟的路程，很高兴终于可以 check in 休息一会儿。洗刷一番和休息后，终于开始我们的行程了，第一个地点当然是要去解决我们的午餐的地方，那时真的很饿！从餐牌上点了个 Cambodia Fried Rice , oh my god… 真的很后悔点了这午餐，又贵又普通。

午餐过后，Tuk Tuk 司机载我们去了 Tonle Sap Great Lake 观光，只可惜到达目的地后，原来坐船游览一翻也要15 usd 每个人。好贵啊！大家商量过后，觉得很不值得，结果我们放弃了这行程。 过后司机带我们去参观一处当地的名胜地，里面有不同的雕刻、不同的手工艺品。参观完后，我们去了 Old Market 走走，买些纪念品。

走完 Old Market ， 就开始了吴哥窑 （Angkor Wat）之旅。在去游览吴哥窑之前， 我们得买 temple pass ， 三天temple pass 的费用是每个人 usd 40 。 有了这个通行证，整个吴哥窑就可任我们走。Yeah!! 终于来到了吴哥窑，吴哥窑庄严的美令每一位来此参观的游客惊叹，它被认为是世界上最壮观的纪念碑之一。吴哥王朝是柬埔寨历史上兴盛时代，以建筑和雕刻艺术为代表的吴哥文化是柬埔寨文化发展史上的一个高峰。参观完后，我们又去了拍摄吴哥窑日落的美景，但是需走一段大约20 分钟的山路。因为我穿着拖鞋，结果上山下山后，我的脚特别是脚板非常的痛。

终于来到了晚上，我们去享用了当地一间餐馆的自助餐，虽然菜式不多，但是最重要能填饱肚子。用餐过后，餐馆里还呈现了当地传统舞蹈的表演。回到 guesthouse 是最高兴的时刻，真的好累啊！ 冲凉过后，我们还叫了foot massage 服务，走了一整天的路，是时候让脚休息以及享受一下。按摩过后，很快的大家躺在床上睡了。

哈哈！懒惰继续写下去了，这只是第一天的行程，第二天、第三天以及第四天飞回大马的行程，自己想像一下吧！ =P

Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places on the planet. Made by the Khmer kings in a process that lasts almost 4 centuries, this magnificent area has been abandoned and hidden by the forest. Re-discovered by a french man about 150 years ago, Angkor Wat is ready to become one of the most visited archaeological and artistic site on the planet.

With the name Angkor Wat we usually define the area where the ruins of these magnificent temples are: but before you can arrive here, you will surely stop to Siem Reap, the closest city to this exciting world. Siem Reap has just finished to re-build its international airport, new pub, cafè and restaurants open almost every week, as well as new hotels and guesthouses.

The temples of Angkor, built by the Khmer civilization between 802 and 1220 AD, represent one of humankind's most astonishing and enduring architectural achievements. From Angkor the Khmer kings ruled over a vast domain that reached from Vietnam to China to the Bay of Bengal. The structures one sees at Angkor today, more than 100 stone temples in all, are the surviving remains of a grand religious, social and administrative metropolis whose other buildings - palaces, public buildings, and houses - were built of wood and are long since decayed and gone.

Angkor Wat, built during the early years of the 12th century by Suryavaram II, honors the Hindu god Vishnu and is a symbolic representation of Hindu cosmology. Consisting of an enormous temple symbolizing the mythic Mount Meru, its five inter-nested rectangular walls and moats represent chains of mountains and the cosmic ocean. The short dimensions of the vast compound are precisely aligned along a north-south axis, while the east-west axis has been deliberately diverted 0.75 degrees south of east and north of west, seemingly in order to give observers a three day anticipation of the spring equinox.

While early Angkor temples were built as Hindu temples, Jayavarman VII converted to Mahayana Buddhism c. 1200 and embarked on a prodigious building spree, building the new capital city of Angkor Thom including Bayon, Ta Prohm, Preah Khan and many more as Buddhist structures. However, his successor Jayavarman VIII returned to Hinduism and embarked on an equally massive spree of destruction, systematically defacing Buddhist images and even crudely altering some to be Hindu again. Hinduism eventually lost out to Buddhism again, but the (few) Buddha images in the temples today are later Theraveda additions.

Unlike other temples at Angkor, Ta Prohm has been left as it was found, preserved as an example of what a tropical forest will do to an architectural monument when the protective hands of humans are withdrawn. Ta Prohm's walls, roofs, chambers and courtyards have been sufficiently repaired to stop further deterioration, and the inner sanctuary has been cleared of bushes and thick undergrowth, but the temple has been left in the stranglehold of trees. Having planted themselves centuries ago, the tree's serpentine roots pry apart the ancient stones and their immense trunks straddle the once bustling Buddhist temple. Built in the later part of the 12th century by Jayavarman VII, Ta Prohm is the terrestrial counterpart of the star Eta Draconis the Draco constellation.

During half-millennia of Khmer occupation, the city of Angkor became a pilgrimage destination of importance throughout Southeastern Asia. Sacked by the Thais in 1431 and abandoned in 1432, Angkor was forgotten for a few centuries. Wandering Buddhist monks, passing through the dense jungles, occasionally came upon the awesome ruins. Recognizing the sacred nature of the temples but ignorant of their origins, they invented fables about the mysterious sanctuaries, saying they had been built by the gods in a far ancient time. Centuries passed, these fables became legends, and pilgrims from the distant reaches of Asia sought out the mystic city of the gods. A few adventurous European travelers knew of the ruins and stories circulated in antiquarian circles of a strange city lost in the jungles. Most people believed the stories to be nothing more than legend however, until the French explorer Henri Mouhot brought Angkor to the world's attention in 1860. The French people were enchanted with the ancient city and beginning in 1908 funded and superbly managed an extensive restoration project. The restoration has continued to the present day, excepting periods in the 70's and 80's when military fighting prevented archaeologists from living near the ruins.

Orthodox archaeologists sometimes interpret the temples of the Angkor complex as tombs of megalomaniacal kings yet in reality those kings designed and constructed the temples as a form of service to both god and their own subjects. The temples were places not for the worship of the kings but rather for the worship of god. Precisely aligned with the stars, constructed as vast three dimensional yantras and adorned with stunningly beautiful religious art, the Angkor temples were instruments for assisting humans in their realization of the divine.

一如往常，没有庆祝生日，但还好啦，有收到一些朋友sms的祝福。今年的生日将会是在机场结束，算是蛮特别吧。我的生日愿望是希望她能接受我，当我的女朋友。很可惜我知道这个愿望是不可能实现的，襄王有心，神女无梦， 一切随缘吧。。 神啊！你会眷顾我吗？
